Supporting LLUH Health Care Staff and Patient Resilience using CRM
In order to support LLUH hospital staff with self-care and help them ultimately help them support their patients to do the same, we trained approximately 180 health care providers in Community Resilience Model skills. Ultimately we plan to use CRM with sickle cell and other chronic disease hospitalized patients. Early staff results suggest decreases in burnout.
