Addressing Implicit Bias in Healthcare Interactions

This study involved teaching healthcare providers about the role of implicit bias in healthcare interactions and introduced a set of evidence-based bias reduction strategies. The aim of this mixed-methods study is to examine the self-reported outcomes associated with implementing a bias reduction strategy with a patient during a clinical encounter.
