CRM: East Campus – Patient/Provider Intervention

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the usefulness of the Community Resiliency Model (CRM) in increasing overall wellness and decreasing stress in both patients and providers. CRM is a set of wellness skills that will assist both patients and providers seeking balance and managing their stress. By teaching providers as well as staff it is hoped that the East Campus hospital milieu will be more promoting of resilience and wellness.
