Wholeness
As I've matured into middle adulthood, I've learned the importance of meeting needs from a whole person perspective. For me this includes creative activities such as painting. This helps me to get out of my strictly analytic headspace and develop more creative ways of looking at issues. I encourage everyone to find an activity that brings joy and peace in this very busy world of ours.
