Dr. Heather Beeson hiking with her family
Outside of my academic work, you can find me on the trails with my family. I find hiking to be a relaxing activity that gets my mind and body in sync and allows me to connect spiritually with my surroundings. My happy place is outdoors. Rain, snow, or sun, I can't imagine a better way to feel alive, find adventure, explore, and get outside of my comfort zone.
