Hand reaching out to grab another hand in aid
By School of Behavioral Health - October 10, 2025

Today, on World Mental Health Day, we once again affirm our shared commitment to breaking the silence around mental health and fostering a culture of compassion, inclusion, and support. Mental health is essential to overall well-being, yet too often it is overlooked or stigmatized. This year's theme, "Access to services—mental health in catastrophes and emergencies"—reminds us that access to mental health resources and the freedom to seek help are fundamental to human dignity.

As a School dedicated to advancing behavioral health knowledge and serving others, we embrace our role in fostering not only intellectual development but also the wholistic health of all who seek mental health services and support. So let us use this day not only to raise awareness, but also to listen, to learn, and to extend understanding to those who may be struggling. Together, we can create communities where no one has to face mental health challenges alone—and where hope, healing, and resilience can thrive.
