Marital and Family Therapy (Online), Class of '26

Hobbies: One of my recent hobbies I have picked up has been building Lego sets. I enjoy doing this during my downtime with some music and a cup of coffee. Who would have thought it would be so relaxing and enjoyable? My second hobby has been jiu-jitsu, which has continuously helped me get out of my comfort zone. Also, it is nice hearing about everyone's journey in how they got into the sport, almost like therapy! 🙂

Population of Interest: Right now, the population I have been fortunate to work with is Women's Health. In this population, I have come to realize how much stress, pressure, and expectations women embody without trying not to look or feel "weak." Another population would be the LGBTQIA. With the new generations trying to break down the barriers, there is a need not to show weakness either. If I can assist in removing the negative meaning of weakness, maybe strength may finally flourish.
