Physical Well-Being

  • Walking maps of the LLUH campus. Maps designed to give you short to medium distance routes at LLUH.
  • Deskercise videos.
  • Food.
    • UReach Student Pantry. The UReach Food Pantry is available to all full time and part time Loma Linda University students. The pantry is located across from the LLU Student campus store and is designed to be a space where students can feel free and safe to grab what they need from the shelves. Follow the link to learn more and sign up for access.
    • CalFresh. CalFresh helps students access fresh, healthy food by providing monthly benefits (up to $292/mo.) you can use at grocery stores, farmers' markets, and some online retailers. Find more information here, under "What is CalFresh?"
    • Helping Hands Food Pantry. For those with financial hardship; can be delivered to homes in the San Bernardino/Loma Linda area. Click "Do You Need Help?" to sign up for food delivery.
    • Discounted grocery gift cards. Small discounts available on gift cards for the Loma Linda Market and Stater Bros. Markets.
  • Nutrition and plant-based whole foods.
  • Sleep. EASP Module 4: Healthy Sleep Habits. You deserve to rest and your work deserves your best. A good night's sleep will help with that. Learn how to set healthy sleeping boundaries with this module.
  • Shelter. Housing on campus: 909-558-4510.
  • Clothing and household items. UReach Thrift. Used clothing and household items at good prices. Follow link for dates of sales, hours, and location.

  • SBH Spiritual Integration Hour. The Spiritual Integration Hour's intended audience is the Loma Linda University community of behavioral health clinicians and scholars, and is broadly centered on the integration of faith/religion/spirituality and the social sciences. It is a mix of presentation and discussion via Zoom. Follow the link to the series website to find the schedule and Zoom link.
  • SBH Bible Study. Joint initiative with the School of Public Health, led by Chaplain Dilys Brooks. Tuesdays from 12:00-12:50 PM. In-person (lunch provided) at Nichol Hall, Room 1512 and online by Zoom (Meeting ID 986 3574 3113 / Passcode 848550).
  • Spirit Lifters. Weekly emails with short uplifting messages and scriptures. Subscribe here.
